“If you are not thinking anything, you are thinking about what you are thinking.”
Think about a room with two windows opposite sides, air come inside from one window and goes out from another one. In this process, it leaves something inside the room and take something from the room. Thoughts processing happens in the same way.
If you notice your brain is never out of thoughts throughout the day and if you are sleeping your thoughts becomes your dream.
It is really simple to understand, if you think nothing your mind start thinking about the past or future.
I believe your mind could be your best friend if you wish. All you have to do is put some effort.
- If negative thoughts come, you have to ask your brain I don’t like them remove those thoughts like if some stinky smell come with air you try to open all windows in the room to evacuate that smelly air asap.
- If positive thoughts come, you have to ask your brain I love it, process these thoughts as much as you can like if air come with flower fragrance you try to inhale as much as you can.
- If you find your brain blank, without thoughts just close your eyes and concentrate between the eyes and feel the silence and peace you want in your life, this is called meditation. I found this helpful in many ways you can also try.
Felling positive all the time is really tough, but if practice it daily you could be better than those negative and depressed people.
