We are all coping with the difficult situation and our habits have been changing. It’s very hard to change a specific way of living simply because of a virus. I know a lot of people who used to say “nobody can change me,” but now they’ve changed their lifestyle for life’s sake. The fear of dying and our love for our loved ones motivates us to change our habits. This blog doesn’t talk about changing habits. This is about mine, all those habits that previously were irritating to some, but now everyone adapts the same. Now nobody will ever question to me about “why I constantly wash my hands,” because we all know the value. Let’s talk about a few of those common habits.
Washing hands again and again
It’s sort of hereditary, no one told me, I was just starting to imitate my mom and it was becoming a habit. I wash my hands before eating something like a small piece of chips too. When I wash my hands, then I encounter nothing but food and a spoon. Like I stop scratching my head, picking salt, my phone or something else. A few of my friends in college days were super annoyed by this habit. For me, it’s a must and nothing special.
Sanitizers in the bag
After having a baby, I developed that habit. I need to feed him or clean him whenever I travel with him. In emergency sanitization, this has been very effective in keeping away from germs. It’s an important item everywhere after this pandemic.
Additional bag when shopping
You can put items directly into your bag without having germs from the carton or basket if you have your own bag.
Turmeric milk
I don’t say this is a cure for infection with viruses, but turmeric milk boosts your immunity. In India, turmeric, ginger milk is common practice in the event of damage to bone. And we have grown used to drinking it for a better diet every day,
Carrying water bottle while travelling/walking
Whenever I step out of my house, I always carry a bottle of water with me. If you have your own bottle, nothing stops you from drinking water.
Various external shoes
I keep my shoes out of my house or put them in the shoe rack directly. This helps you maintain the germs free floor.
Not roaming outside without genuine reason
I love travelling, but not without proper reason. I have discovered multiple ways of keeping yourself busy even if I am alone. This lock down was not so much difficult for me.
Black or Green tea once a day
Day after pregnancy, I used to drink green tea to boost my metabolism. In India, black tea / kahwa is a common practice to cope with regular cold and cough.
These were some habits that, if not yet adapted, we should all seek to adapt. Please share this post with all your friends if you like this post. In the comment section, type what you’d like to add to the list.
