Mhari Chhoriyan chhoro se kam hain ke“( Our girls are no lesser than boys).

Of course, our girls are no lesser than boys, but the question is in which way.
1)In trolling people on social media.
2)In drinking alcohol and breaking rules.
3)In arrogant behavior.
4)In blackmailing people around them
No these are not the right parameters for checking empowerment.

While discussing the progress, we often misconnect it with habits. For example, “how rich people behave”, most of the time we focus more on their arrogant behavior rather than their hard work. I hope you all will agree that arrogant behavior can never make a person rich, but “hard work” can.

#womenempowerment

Empowerment is often objectified, it’s nothing to do with your sexuality, and we start confusing sexuality with our values.

Why do we assume that wrong behavior by ladies can be negotiated as women empowerment.

We have to make our daughters strong not arrogant. We have to teach our kids so that they can stay strong against any kind of harassment. During this process, we need to tell them that more power does not mean humiliating others. We all have to behave like a human in any situation above our genders we all are human beings.

I don’t like saying “my daughter is a tigress”, rather I love saying “my daughter is a strong human being”. A strong human being can deal with any kind of emotion either anger or love but it’s different for an animal.

Winning a medal for their country is women empowerment but burning public property during the protest is not. Drinking alcohol (it’s everyone’s personal choice) and misbehaving with others is not women’s empowerment.

Looking sexy does not means being empowered. Still, you feel like taking a nude selfie makes you feel empowered, go ahead it will increase your Instagram followers. Our body is not an object, it’s all your wish, you enjoy it or give it to others.

Empower your mind rather than only loving your body.

I feel empowered when-

  • When I study hard to gain more knowledge in my subject.
  • When I do something for which my parents feel proud.
  • When I help my husband in our growth.
  • When I raise my kids like good human beings.
  • When I behave like a responsible citizen of my country.
  • When I spend my money in charity and nobody questions me.

This is completely my opinion, you can add your thoughts in the comment box.
